Credit Card Charge Refund Policy

In the event that you inadvertently selected an online course or in-person training event, we have outlined our Credit Card Charge Refund Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refund:

  • Refunds will only be considered for purchases made directly from Technical Training and More.
  • The request for a refund must be made within 14 days of the original purchase.

2. Items Eligible for Refund:

  • To be eligible for a refund, the course or event must not be started or in progress.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

  • The following items are not eligible for a refund:
    • Downloadable software or digital products.
    • Services that have been started or completed.

4. Refund Process:

  • Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions, including any required documentation.
  • Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 30 business days.

6. Refunds for Credit Card Payments:
