Course Description:
This class is designed to provide both new hire and experienced technicians with a comprehensive introduction to basic shop tools, specialized tools, and consumables. The curriculum covers essential topics, including shop and tool safety, proper tool use and identification, tool maintenance and repair, and fastener identification and functionality. Additionally, students will learn about various shop consumables, such as sealants, thread lockers, grinding disks, and more.
